FACILITY MAINTENANCE

GCU understands that the district infrastructure is more than just lines in the ground. Dedicating time to maintain the upkeep of all district property and facilities, including but not limited to: mowing, cleaning, painting, and general maintenance.

MEMBER BILLING

GCU utilizes Sequoyah Software and Consulting’s billing software for all districts manged. SSCI is a state of the art computer software system, that helps deliver accurate on-time billing each month.

PUMPHOUSE MAINTENANCE

Along with the water source main infrastructure, GCU provides pump-house maintenance for all maintained districts. This includes water sampling stations, pressure chart recorders, valves, pumps, and any other associated piping.
