We recently had a client come to us and ask us to install water services to each stall in their new horse barn. Our team worked one on one with our client and completed the process with 100% customer satisfaction.ADD NEW SERVICE
The first step after discussing and understanding what our client needs is the design phase. Our team sits down and develops the best solution on paper making sure we check off all boxes before heading into the field.
Once our client signs off on the designs after hearing their feedback, we order any necessary parts and head into the field. Depending on the scale of the service, completion time varies, but we understand your business is important and we strive to complete your service as soon as possible.
We work hard ahead of time to make sure that you avoid any problems in the future. We also care about our clients and their property. We make sure to properly dispose any unused building materials leftover. We make sure to keep our clients happy and hope to continue working with them in the future.
Advice/tips on water services
Tip 1: We are often asked if you can put electric and water lines into the same trench? This is strongly discouraged and dangerous.
Tip 2: Can we utilize GCU to install a line even if we are in a different water district? The answer is, yes, you as a property owner have a 100% say from the meter on.
Tip 3: We are often asked on material choice. At GCU, we only use the highest quality materials when selecting and purchasing fittings, valves, pipes, and hydrants.
